Remote Access Repairs...
Quite a number of computers develop small niggly errors that you probably don't want to take to a shop.
The errors can be as simple as a program not installing correctly / shortcuts not pointing to the actual program / Webpages opening and you didn't click on them, etc....!
Almost all of these faults can be repaired by using remote access.
What that means is that I take control of your computer from here (my base). I can instantly see what problems are annoying you and I can usually tell, from the online inspection, whether your computer needs to be brought in for repair or not.
